Parent Tours

Nicola (Headteacher) and the team at Bonner  love to welcome visitors to the school and Nicola would be delighted to give any prospective parents a tour of the school sites. 

We find that during the day works best for this so that you can get a real feel for what the school environment is like and how it could work for your child.

Reception Admissions 2026

Pupils usually start primary school in the September following their fourth birthday. If your child was born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022 this will be from September 2026.

You must make an online application for a reception place, via eadmissions portal 

Closing date for making applications is midnight on 15 January 2026. 

You must make an online application for a reception place, even if your child is already attending the school's nursery.

Nursery Admissions 2026

All parents are entitled to 15 hours per week of free nursery education for 38 weeks each year from the start of the school term after their child’s third birthday until the child reaches compulsory school age i.e. the term after their fifth birthday.

 

Children will usually start nursery school or a nursery class attached to a primary school in the September following their third birthday.

If your child was born between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2023 and you would like a nursery place for September 2026, you should submit an online application online via the eadmissions portal.

The closing date is midnight on 14 February 2026.
