Please accept the apologies from WisePay for the delay in coming back to parents/cares.
As you may already be aware there was an external network issue at Opayo (SagePay) on Monday afternoon and evening
It was resolved overnight on Monday but that is why the parents were receiving error messages.
Opayo have apologised for the inconvenience caused to both schools and parents due to this outage
Bonner is a cashless school and we have teamed up with WisePay. This system allows parents/guardians to conveniently make payments online for trips and uniforms.
After your child has commenced at Bonner you will soon receive a letter containing your individual login details and simple user guide. We strongly advise you to keep the document safe as it is needed to activate your account. Should you require any further assistance, please speak to the office staff.
Clicking on the WisePay logo below will take you to our online payment portal.
To access WisePay from a desktop computer:
- Click on the WisePay logo above
- Input account user name and password (details found on your confidential document provided when you first joined Bonner)
Alternatively you can download the ‘WisePay App’ on any Smart phone:
- On the app store search for ‘WisePay’
- select ‘WisePay Ltd’
- Select ‘get’ to download
- Scroll to ‘getting started’ page
- Enter organisation code: 39414431
- Click on Next
- Input account user name and password (details found on your confidential document provided when you first joined Bonner)
- Enter account first name and last name (eg pupil’s first and last name)
